Bangladesh Journal of Entomology (ISSN Print: 1021-1004, ISSN Online: —), originated in 1996, is a leading journal in entomological science published half yearly in English language by the Bangladesh Entomological Society. The Journal publishes contemporary research in all facets of entomology including morphology, taxonomy, physiology, biochemistry, ecology, embryology, plant-arthropod interactions, insect conservation, pest management, pesticide toxicology, genetics, cell and molecular biology, medical and forensic entomology, apiculture, sericulture and lac culture. The journal also publishes high quality review articles and scientific notes. The papers submitted to the Bangladesh Journal of Entomology must be of potential interest to a significant number of scientists. Articles should make a significant contribution to the advancement of knowledge or toward a better understanding of existing concepts. The journal has an Editorial Board of competent entomologists, and the manuscripts are accepted for publication through peer review process.
